2. The instant contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner herein, alleging noncompliance of this Court's order dated 27.10.2021 passed in W.P.(S.) No.6001/2021.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the

petitioner, I deem it appropriate to give one opportunity to the respondent/contemnor to ensure compliance of the Court's order dated 27.10.2021 passed by this Court.

4. Petitioner may also make additional representation along with the copy of this order within ten days from today before the respondent and, in turn, the respondent shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 27.10.2021 in its letter and spirit expeditiously.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the contempt case stands finally disposed off.
