2. Suresh Chandrakar, S/o. Sukhdev Chandrakar, Aged About 38 Years.

Both R/o. Village Naroli, Police Station Kunda, Tehsil & District Kabirdham, Chhattisgarh ---- Applicants

Versus

State Of Chhattisgarh, Through the Police Station- Kunda, Civil & Revenue District- Kabirdham, Chhattisgarh ---- Respondent --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For Applicants :

Mr. Pallav Mishra, Advocate.

For Respondent :

Mr. Sangharsh Pandey, Dy. Govt. Advocate.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order On Board 15.02.2017 1.

Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.42/2016 registered at Police Station- Kunda, District Kabirdham (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 376, 506 & 34 of Indian Penal Code, the applicants have filed this application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail. 2.

This is the second anticipatory bail application. Perusal of the order would show that the first bail application was dismissed on merit on 17.06.2016 in MCRCA No.447 of 2016. Considering the same, I do not find any change of circumstances to reconsider the instant second anticipatory bail application.

3.

Accordingly, the second anticipatory bail application is dismissed at the admission stage itself.
