1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that she was transferred from Rajnandgaon to Dongargaon as Patwari. In the earlier round of litigation in WPS No.1246 of 2019 this Court vide order dated 22.02.2019 directed to consider the representation of the petitioner. Pursuant thereto the representation of the

petitioner was considered and the earlier transfer order from Rajnandgaon to Dongargarh was canceled by order dated 16.07.2019 (Annexure P-2). It is contended by the petitioner that despite that transfer order has been canceled by the Collector vide order dated 16.07.2019, the petitioner has not been allowed to join the earlier place of posting at Rajnandgaon and no salary has been paid.

3. Perusal of the Annexure P-2 would show that the transfer order which pertains to the petitioner has been canceled. In view of this, the petitioner shall be at liberty to make a detailed representation to the Collector narrating all the facts within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the Collector thereafter shall be obliged to decide the same within a further period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
