Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled for 3rd pay scale after completion of 30 years of service for which, he may be allowed to make representation to respondents 2 and 3. 2.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make fresh representation within two weeks from today to respondents 2 and 3 and the same shall be considered and decided by the concerned respondents within a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of representation in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, this petition is finally disposed off. 4.
