1. The applicant has preferred this fourth bail application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.13/2017 registered at Police Station Jainagar, District Surajpur for offences under Sections 363, 366, 376(घ), 306, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from sexual offences Act, 2012.

2. The first bail application, bearing M.Cr.C. No.4059 of 2017, in respect of the present applicant, was dismissed as

MCRC No. 6888 of 2019 withdrawn by order dated 22.11.2017.

3. The second bail application of the applicant was dismissed on merits and the third bail application was dismissed for non-compliance of the Court's order. There is no change in the circumstances to consider the fourth bail application of the applicant.

4. In view of the above, the application (M.Cr.C. No.6888 of 2019) is dismissed, however, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
