2. The Collector, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

Mr. Malay Kumar Bhaduri, Advocate For State/Respondents :
Mr. Avinash Singh, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order On Board 01.10.2019 1.
Grievance of the petitioners are that the petitioners have filed an application for demarcation of their land bearing Khasra No.369/119 admeasuring 0.318 hectare, Khasra No.369/120 admeasuring 0.310 hectare & Khasra No.369/37 admeasuring 0.310 hectare situated at Village Tikarapara, Raipur. It is contended that though the application for demarcation has been filed way back in the year 2018, the same is not being decided at the behest
of some interested other person. It is contended that the respondents may be directed to decide the application as per the Notification dated 12.05.2016 (Annexure P-3), which is issued under Chhattisgarh Lok Sewa Guarantee Adhiniyam, 2011, which prescribes the period of three months for the purpose.
2.
Considering the prayer made and after perusal of the notification dated 12.05.2016, which prescribes a period of three months to decide an application for demarcation of land and further the document shows that the demarcation application of the petitioners have not been decided and three months have already been passed and the same appears to be pending since 2018, the respondent No.3 is directed to carry out the demarcation within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3.
With such observation, the petition stands disposed of. Sd/- Goutam Bhaduri Judge ashok
