Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as Forest Range Officer Surajpur and he is going to retire from service on 31.01.2022 and by order dated 3.12.2021 the petitioner has been transferred from Tamor Pingla

Abhyarany to Forest Conservator (Wild Life) Elephant Reserve Surguja, which contrary to the policy of the State Government and therefore, the impugned order is liable to be set aside. He further submits that he may be allowed a weeks' time to make a representation before the respondents.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation before respondent No. 2/ Principal Chief Conservator of Forest within 10 days from today and the same shall be decided by respondent No. 2 within 20 days from its receipt as per policy of the State Government. For a period of 30 days, the effect and operation of transfer order 03.12.2021 transferring the petitioner from Tamor Pingla Abhyarany to Forest Conservator (Wild Life) Elephant Reserve Surguja shall remain stayed. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stand disposed of.
