(2) This is fourth bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.225/2015 registered at Police Station Bemetara, District Bemetara, for the offence punishable under Section 20(B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act.

(3) After dismissal of three bail applications of the applicant on merit, I do not find any new good ground or any change in the circumstances of the case to entertain this fourth bail application.

Consequently, the fourth bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court has submitted explanation and again sought further time of three months' to conclude the trial, the same is allowed. Let the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
