1. The dispute relates to non-grant of family pension to the petitioner who is aged about 81 years.

2. Mr.Amrito Das, learned Additional Advocate General for respondents No.1 to 4 and 6/State, would submit that affidavit of Director, Treasury, Accounts and Pension has been filed and the Bank has already given direction to disburse the family pension to the petitioner. Mr.Anand Shukla, learned counsel for respondent No.5, would submit

that the Bank has also issued instructions in that regard.

3. The affidavit is taken on record.
