However, it is prayed that the Trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.

In view of above, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. Considering that out of 18 witnesses, 5 witnesses have been examined, the Trial Court shall do well to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
