1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as Shiksha Karmi Class-III on 21.12.1998. Pursuant to the said order, she joined her duty on 31.12.1998. Subsequently she filed a writ Petition bearing WP(S) No.391/2015 wherein orders have been passed by this Court on 06.02.2015 and in compliance of the direction given in the said order, she was given promotion as Shiksha Karmi Grade-II wherein she joined her duties. It is stated that though other similarly placed persons who were appointed along-with the petitioner have been given the benefit of seniority

since 05.07.2006, yet the petitioner has not been given the seniority and no valid reasons have been assigned. It is stated that the petitioner is also entitled seniority as it has been granted to similarly placed Shiksha Karmis. The petitioner submits that she has made a representation on 27.08.2019 vide Annexure P-5 wherein the entire grievance has been projected and for the time being, the said representation may be directed to be decided and the petitioner may be given the seniority.

2. After perusal of the documents filed along-with the petition and representation (Annexure P-5), it is directed that respondent No.5/ DEO shall consider and decide the representation objectively within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
