(1) The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 50/2015 registered at Police Station Bilaigarh, Distt. Baloda Bazar- Bhatapara for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294, 427, 452, 506, 323, 307 & 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by this Court by order dated 08.03.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.810/2016.

(3) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application.
