(2) This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.366/2014 registered at Police Station Champa, District Janjgir-Champa, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 409, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. (3) The applicant's first & second bail applications were dismissed on merit by order of this Court dated 06.10.2015 & 04.03.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.5203/2015 & M.Cr.C. No.1601/2016, respectively. (4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and
taking into consideration the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not consider it a fit case to entertain the third bail application. Consequently, the third bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to ensure the earlier order of this Court dated 04.03.2016.
