1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner who is posted and working as Rural Health Coordinator at Primary Health Center, Godhanpur Distt. Surguja has been transferred to Sub-Primary Health Center Dadgaon, Distt. Sarguja which is at a distance of 60 Kms from Ambikapur (Surguja). It is contended that the petitioner has undergone various surgical interventions and she was lastly operated in the month of March 2019 and has been advised to take bed rest for certain period of time. It is stated that she has been under surgical interventions right from 3 years, therefore, on the medical ground, the case of the petitioner may be considered.
2. A perusal of the documents filed along-with the petition would show that the Bunch of prescriptions/certificates have been filed showing the medical treatment provided to the petitioner and the
last treatment appears to have been made in March, 2019.

Considering the same, it is observed that the petitioner shall be at liberty to make a representation to the concerned respondents/ State with all the medical documents within a period of two weeks, which may be considered and decided within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of application. It has been stated that the petitioner has not yet been relieved because of her medical treatment. If the petitioner has not been relieved as on date, the transfer order dt.23.08.2019 (Annexure P-1) shall not be carried out till the representation is decided.
