This is the fourth bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.355/2015, registered at Police Station-Urga, District-Korba (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 420/34, 467, 468, 471, 120B and 201 of the IPC. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that co-accused Pramod Kumar Khande has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 6.9.2016 and four witnesses have already been examined.

On the other hand, learned Deputy Government Advocate would oppose the fourth bail application.

I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the case diary.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, material brought on record by the prosecution and earlier orders passed by this Court, I do not find any new ground or change in circumstances to entertain this fourth bail application.
