(2) This is fourth bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.371/2014 (wrongly mentioned as 371/2015 in first & second bail application), registered at Police Station Basantpur, District Rajnandgaon, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 of IPC.
(3) Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant is in jail since 14.08.2015 and till now, only three witnesses have been examined before the trial Court.
(4) After hearing counsel for the applicant and after dismissal of three bail applications, I do not consider it is a fit case to entertain the fourth bail application. Consequently, the fourth bail application is rejected. However, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial by ensuring that all the witnesses are examined without further loss of time and trial is concluded expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
