Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner has made application before Respondent No. 3/ District Education Officer, Bilaspur on 14.12.2018 claiming increment and time bound pay scale and other benefits, which has not been considered and decided by respondent No. 3 till this date.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before Respondent No. 3/ District Education Officer, Bilaspur, within two weeks and the same shall be decided by respondent No. 3 within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stand disposed of.
