2. This is the seventh bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.57/2012 registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Raipur, for the offence under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468 & 471/34 of IPC.

3. While dismissing the fifth bail application, this Court has observed that the Supreme Court has already dismissed 3 SLPs preferred by the applicant, therefore, it may not be appropriate for this Court to entertain this bail application.
