For State :

Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 26/10/2018 1.
The grievance of the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is that for the purpose of selection to the post of Teacher (Hearing Impairment), the petitioner had also participated. However, for the special degree that the petitioner has, she has not been given appropriate extra weightage on account of which she has been deprived of being considered. 2.
The counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has made a detailed representation in this regard to the respondent No.1 which is pending consideration for almost 1 months and no decision has been 1⁄2 taken.
3.
Given the limited grievance which the petitioner has raised, let the respondent No.1 take a decision objectively on the representation made by the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from today
taking into consideration the nature of employment, the qualification which the petitioner has and the guidelines and rules applicable for selection. 4.
It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondent No.1 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned. 5.
With the aforesaid observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed off. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Sumit JUDGE
