Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner has competed 8 years of service on the post of Teacher (LB) and he is entitled for grant of arrears of payment of revised pay scale, which has not been considered and decided by respondent No. 4 till this date.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before respondent No. 4/ Chief Executive Officer Jila Panchayat Janjgir, within two weeks and the same shall be decided by respondent No. 4 within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stand disposed of.
