The grievance of the petitioner is that application of the petitioner for permission to abstract ground water for industrial use is pending at the end of the respondent for last two years, which is not being decided, therefore respondent may be directed to decide the same within stipulated time. 2.

Considering the limited prayer, it is directed that the concerned respondent shall decide the application of the petitioner Annexure P-1 for permission to abstract ground water for industrial use which is pending adjudication within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of the order.
