(2) The applicants' second bail application was also dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 14.03.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 1710/2016.

(3) The accused/applicants have moved this third bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing them on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 243/2014 registered at Police Station Rajpur, Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.) for the offence punishable under

Sections 450, 376(2)(g), 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

(4) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any new or good ground/change in circumstance to entertain this third bail application.
