1. The limited relief which the petitioner has sought is for a direction to the respondent No.3 to release the salary for the month of March, 2018 to May, 2018.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that during the said period, the petitioner has discharged his normal duties, yet the respondents have not released the salary for these periods.

3. Given the said facts, let the respondent No.3 verify the factual aspects, as to whether the petitioner has in fact discharged duties during the said period or not and subject to verification, the respondents shall release the salary of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days.

4. It shall be the duty of the petitioner to appraise the respondent No.3 so far as the order passed by this Court.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
