Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the SDO (Revenue ), Durg is hearing an election petition preferred by the petitioner under Section 64 of the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, however, despite lapse of more than 6 months, the proceedings have not shown desired progress. 2.

Considering the entire facts situation of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent No.4 to decide the

pending election petition preferred by the petitioner within a period of 4 months from today. It is informed that the respondent No.3 has preferred revision application before the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Tribunal challenging an order passed by the SDO (Revenue) rejecting respondent No.3's application under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC. Let the Tribunal also decide the revision application within a month from today.
