1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure-P/1 dated 06.10.2018 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Jagdalpur to Veterinary Hospital, Bastar, Block Bastar.

2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that, the action on part of the respondents clearly falls within the ambit of frequent transfer. He further submits that barely within a short span of 14 months time the present impugned order has been passed.

3. The aforesaid factual matrix is not in dispute by the counsel for the respondent/State.

4. In the given facts, let the petitioner makes a detailed representation to the respondent No.1 within a period of 10 days from today and the respondent No.1 is directed to decide the same within a period of 30 from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.
