Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 15/03/2017 Heard.
1. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.280 of 2016 registered in Police Station- Chauki-Manikpur, Kotwali, District- Korba (C.G.) for alleged commission of offence under Sections 363, 366 and 376 read with Section 34 IPC, Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 3 (1) (xii), 3 (2) (v)of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
2. After arguing for some, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application. He, however, prays that as the applicant is in jail since 5.7.2016, trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial, as out of 27 witnesses only 3 winteses have so far been examined.
3. In view of the submission made as above, the application is dismissed as
-2withdrawn. Let the trial Court take all expeditious steps to conclude the trial as early as possible.
