Learned State counsel would submit that as per the instructions received, before filing of this petition the work order has been issued and agreement has also been executed and the copy of the same is handed over to learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of this, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that instead

of amending this petition, the pleadings are required to be made along with the documents, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh petition including all the necessary relief in view of the changed circumstances.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh duly constituted petition with new pleading and documents.
