24.02.2021 Heard on application for condonation of delay (IA No.1) and grant for leave to appeal.
Taking into consideration the period of delay and what has been stated in the application, delay is condoned. Taking into consideration the submission of learned State counsel that the trial Court held that the vehicle in which Ganja in huge quantity was found belongs to the accused and the accused failed to come out with any explanation or defence as to under what circumstances his vehicle was found carrying Ganja, application for grant of leave to appeal is allowed. Let the appeal filed by the State be registered as Acquittal Appeal and be listed for further orders.
CRMP is accordingly disposed off.
