Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with liberty to file an application before the concerned trial Court in terms of the order dated 24.01.2017, passed in M.Cr.C. No.115/2017.

In view of the same, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
