By filing this petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to specify / clarify clause 23 of the NIT issued on 12.11.2021 for the purpose of engagement of labourers during the Kharif season 2021-2022. In this connection a representation was filed by the petitioner on 03.12.2021 but the same has not been attended to. 3.

The last date of opening of tender is fixed on 20.12.2021. 4.

Mr. Deshmukh submits that the representation will be considered and disposed of by respondent No. 3 within a period of 2 days. 5.
