Mr. Anupam Dubey, Dy. Govt. Advocate for the State. Heard on I.A.No.5/2017, application for grant of extension of time on temporary bail.

First temporary bail was given to the applicant on 23.03.2017 for 30 days. Subsequently, he surrendered and thereafter again on the medical ground to provide treatment to his father, which was verified by the State counsel, again extension was granted on 21.07.2017 for the period of 3 weeks. Further, again an application for extension of 3 weeks time has been filed on the ground that in order to treat father of the applicant, he has been given appointment by the Doctor on 23.08.2017 at Delhi and the traveling arrangement has also been made.

It is contended that the applicant is only a male member and no other male member is available in the house, therefore, for the last resort, bail may be extended for 3 weeks.

Perused the document Annexure A-6. The appointment of the Doctor and Railway reservation tickets. Considering the same, another 2 weeks time is extended from today. The applicant shall surrender positively on 30.08.2017. Since on the earlier occasion also, the application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. was not pressed, as such, the bail application is disposed off with a direction that temporary bail granted to the applicant to provide treatment to his father on 21.07.2017 shall further be extended uptill 30.08.2017. With such observation, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is disposed off.
