Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are resident of village Karcha, PS Chando, Tahsil Samri, District BalrampurRamanujganj. It is contended that the petitioners are in possession of certain land in the village and they are dependent on that for their livelihood. It is stated that other similarly placed persons of the village have been granted lease, however the petitioners have been left out as such they claim parity

with the other persons who have been granted lease. Learned counsel submits that representation have been made to the Collector, however the same remains undecided, therefore, submits that the petitioners may also be granted lease of the land as has been granted to the other villagers without any discrimination.

Considering the submission of the petitioners, without any observation on the merits, subject to the satisfaction of the factual aspect, petitioners may file fresh representation to the Collector, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj and may state all the grievance and request and if such representation is made within a period of 45 days from today, Collector after receipt of the same may adjudicate the representation within a further period of six months. 3.

With such observation, the petition stands disposed of. 4.
