Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who was working as Medical Officer at Primary Health Centre, Dumkasa, District - Kanker has been attached by the Collector to the Community Health Centre, Koylibeda vide order dated 30/11/2021 and relieving order has also been passed by respondent No.4 on 02/12/2021 which is contrary to the order of the State Government dated 26/03/2014. Therefore, the impugned order is liable to be quashed.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation to the State Government within two weeks from today along with order dated 26/03/2014. The State Government shall consider and decide his representation within a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law. Order dated 30/11/2021 and 02/12/2021 shall remain stayed for a period of four weeks. 3.
