This is second application for grant of bail. Earlier application for grant of bail was dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this second application for grant of bail has been filed on the ground of delay in trial. It is submitted that the applicant is in jail for the last five months and even charges have not been framed in this case. 4.

On the other hand, learned State counsel opposed the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Taking into consideration the nature and gravity of allegation, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant.

In the result, the application is dismissed.
