1. The counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue involved in the case has already been adjudicated upon by this Court in a bunch of writ petitions decided on 27.10.2018, the lead case of which is WPS No. 6147/2018 and other writ petitions.
2. Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner No.4 has not completed the requisite length of service.
3. Given the facts, the claim so far as the petitioner No.4 is concerned, the claim as of now would stands dismissed with liberty to claim after the petitioner No.4 complete the requisite length of service. So far as the petitioners No. 1, 2, 3, & 5 are concerned, their case stands squarely covered by the directions and the observations made by this Court in the aforesaid judgment passed in WPS No. 6147/2018, decided on 27.10.2018.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
