Perusal of the rules governing the field shows that the impugned order is an appealable order under the statutes and the petitioner has not availed the remedy of appeal and straightaway filed the writ petition.

Accordingly, this court is of the opinion that the writ petition may not be maintainable at this juncture.

Reserving the right of the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority and on such appeal being made, the appellate authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with the rules within the time limit prescribed under the rules, the writ petition stands disposed of.
