Learned counsel for the applicant prays to withdraw this instant bail application filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. and also seeks direction to the concerned trial Court that application for regular bail be decided on the same day, if the, applicant surrenders and applies for grant of regular bail before the concerned trial Court.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.

As there is already an order passed in M.Cr.C.(A) No.63 of 2019, dated 29.01.2019 with direction to the Court concerned, therefore, there is no requirement to pass any such order.
