Vide order dated 26/06/2019 passed in MCRC No. 3034/2019, this Court, while dismissing the said MCRC as withdrawn, had issued directions to the concerned Court to decide Special Criminal Case No. 45/2018 as early as possible preferably within 3 months. 3.

Now, a request letter dated 20/09/2019 has been sent by Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Rajnadgaon seeking three months more time to decide the said case.

After due consideration, further three months time from today is granted to Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Rajnandgaon to decide the said case. 5.
