The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be protected till the election duties are over as he has been assigned some election duties. He further submits that, the Election Commission of India so also the State Government have issued necessary instructions in this regard. 2.

In the given facts, let the petitioner if not relieved till date should not be relieved further till the completion of the election duties.

Leaving open the right of the department for relieving the petitioner after the election duties are over, the instant Writ Petition stands disposed off. 4.
