On being asked, complainant Devendra Singh has raised his objection in granting bail to the applicant.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with liberty to revive the same after examination of the prosecutrix and material witnesses.

Not opposed.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the applicant.
