Instant petition is for extension of time as it was directed that within a period of 15 days, petitioner shall furnish bail before the concerned Magistrate in the complaint case.

It is submitted that the petitioner being Patwari since he was out of station and was travelling on official duty, the communication could not be made, as such period of 15 days may be further extended as per order dated 25/01/2017 passed in M.Cr.C.(A) No.604/2016.

Having considered the submission made, petition is supported by an affidavit and petitioner was enlarged on bail in M.Cr.C.(A) No.604/2016 on 25/01/2017, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the

Magistrate First Class before whom private complaint is pending within a further period of 15 days and shall furnish bail as per order dated 25/01/2017 passed in M.Cr.C.(A) No.604/2016.

With such observation, the petition stands disposed off.
