1. The grievance raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the petitioner has not been paid any salary from July, 2018 onwards.
2. There is a specific averments made by the petitioner in the writ petition that the funds have already been allocated against the same, but for the reason best known to the respondents, the salary from July, 2018 has not been released, though the petitioner has been discharging the duties continuously.
3. Given the limited grievance which the petitioner has raised, let the respondents No. 3 & 4 take a decision on the issue as to why the petitioner has not been paid the salary and in case if it is found that he is entitled for and he has discharged his duties for the intervening
-2period, the salary for the said period should be released at the earliest, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
