Limited prayer in this petition is that the petitioner who is owner of certain land applied for demarcation which was ordered by the Tahsildar to the Revenue Inspector on 21.02.2017 (Annexure P-2), however, the same has not been decided till date and demarcation is not being carried out. 2.

Considering the limited prayer made and after perusal of Annexure P-2, the Respondent No.4 & 5 are directed to carry out the demarcation within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
