1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits

that the petitioner's application for compassionate appointment is pending consideration before respondent No.2. She further submits that respondent No.2 be directed to decide the petitioner's application expeditiously.

2. Be that as it may, respondent No.2 is directed to decide the petitioner's application for grant of compassionate appointment strictly in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
