The applicant was enlarged on bail on 07.03.2017 in MCRC No. 1294 of 2017. It is submitted that in the said order, the Crime number is wrongly mentioned as 81/2017 and actually the Crime number is 45/2017.

Perused the record of the MCRC No.1294 of 2017. It is ordered that Crime No.81/2017 mentioned in the order dated 07.03.2017 passed in MCRC No.1294 of 2017 be read as Crime No.45/2017 and rest part of the order shall remains the same. 3.

Accordingly, the petition for modification of the order dated 07.03.2017 is allowed.
