(2) This is third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.243/2014 registered at Police Station Rajpur, District Balrampur Ramanujganj, for the offence punishable under Sections 450, 376(2)(g), 506 of IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

(3) After dismissal of two bail applications of the applicant on
