This application for correction and modification of order dated 06.03.2017 passed in M.Cr.C. No.1371 of 2017 granting bail to the applicant. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to typographical mistake, in the Police Station, the name of Police Station was wrongly typed as "Baikunthpur, District Korea" whereas the charge-sheet was filed in the Court of Police Station Charcha, District Korea. A copy of the charge-sheet has also been placed for perusal of this Court.

Learned State counsel does not object.

The Cr.M.P. is accordingly allowed. The order for grant of bail passed by this Court on 06.03.2017 shall be treated in connection with Crime No.119 of 2016 registered in Police Station Charcha, District Korea. 5.

This order shall be placed before the Court where the bail is to be furnished.
