Grievance of the petitioner is that he has moved an application before the respondent on 2.8.2018 for grant of permit in respect of tourist for Deluxe No.CG 04/TR/005075/2018 and also deposited the requisite fees, which is pending consideration.

Without commenting upon merits of the case, if there is an application filed by the petitioner, the same has to be decided within a reasonable time. 3.

Considering the fact that 60 days has already elapsed, it would be appropriate to direct respondent authority to decide the petitioner's application within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
