1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 23.09.2019 passed by the respondents transferring the petitioner from Bilaspur to Pathariya.

2. Contention of the petitioner is that the during the ban period the petitioner has been transferred without applying the conditions attached to the transfer policy.

3. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, subject to the petitioner making a representation within 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the respondent authorities are expected to consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of 45 days.

4. Till the respondents take a decision on the representation of the petitioner, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed so far as petitioner is concerned.
