1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the complaint of one counsellor she has been attached/transferred to the

Government Primary School, Bhauwakapa, which is contrary to the State policy of transfer.

2. Learned State counsel submits that the distance between the Uslapur and Bhauwakapa is only 10 kms.

3. Be that as it may, learned counsel for the petitioner is at liberty to make representation to the District Education Officer, Bilaspur within seven days from today and that will be considered and decided by the District Education Officer, Bilaspur, within next two weeks on its own merit in accordance with law.

4. Impugned order dated 08.12.2021, attachment order, shall remain stayed for the period of three weeks.

5. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
